Bartomeu Blanquer as a public servant has held the positions of deputy mayor delegate of Urbanism and Tourism of the City Council of Manacor (Mallorca-Balearic Islands), councilor of the Consell Insular de Mallorca and president of the Tourism Commission of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands.

Joan Blanquer has been a member of the Official Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since 1992 and has been developing his professional practice in legal advice to companies, particularly in the areas of Commercial Law, Criminal-Economic Law and Procedural Law.
