He also holds the official Spanish titles of Real Estate Agent and Property Administrator. Bartomeu also holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bartomeu began his career in the banking legal services from which he moved to the legal services of the public administration of the Balearic Islands, positions that he combined with the professional practice of law in the private sphere.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2001, the year in which he took a leave of absence from the public administration, Bartomeu has been practicing law, mainly in the urban planning, real estate and nautical sectors. [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1690307625605{margin-bottom: 50px !important;}”]Bartomeu Blanquer<\/strong> as a public servant has held the positions of deputy mayor delegate of Urbanism and Tourism of the City Council of Manacor (Mallorca-Balearic Islands), councilor of the Consell Insular de Mallorca and president of the Tourism Commission of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands.<\/p>\n

Bartomeu is the interlocutor with our clients in North America, Western Europe, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, taking care of the coordination and management of their files. Bartomeu speaks fluent mainland Catalan, Catalan in its dialectal form of Mallorca and Ibiza, Spanish, French and English.<\/p>\n

Tatiana<\/strong> has a degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Administration.<\/p>\n

Until 2005 he developed his entire professional career in the financial department of a construction and real estate development company in Sochi (Krasnodar region – Russian Federation), specialized in the construction of hotel and residential complexes on the Black Sea beaches.<\/p>\n

Since joining our firm in 2006, Tatiana has been responsible for our financial, banking, tax and fiscal areas.<\/p>\n

Tatiana is the interlocutor with our clients in Eastern Europe, Russian Federation, Middle East and Asia-Pacific, taking care of the management and coordination of their files. Tatiana speaks fluent Russian, Spanish and English.<\/p>\n

Joan Blanquer<\/strong> has been a member of the Official Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since 1992 and has been developing his professional practice in legal advice to companies, particularly in the areas of Commercial Law, Criminal-Economic Law and Procedural Law.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He is the interlocutor with our clients in Western Europe, South America and Central America, including Mexico, taking care of the coordination and management of their files.<\/p>\n
